Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Descflow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Descflow lets you define and run automated workflows. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and may change, add, or remove features over time.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Descflow.
Acceptable use
You may not use Descflow to:
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Send spam, or make unsolicited bulk requests to third parties.
- Attack, overload, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system — ours or anyone else's.
- Distribute malware, or host content you have no right to host.
- Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or billing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical and immediately where necessary.
Plans and billing
- The free plan is available at no cost, subject to standard usage limits.
- The Pro plan is billed monthly in advance at the price listed on our pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for all paid subscriptions. Polar's terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then and are not charged again.
- Prices may change. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a change affects your subscription.
Refunds
If the service does not work as described, contact support@descflow.com and we will review the situation and issue a refund where appropriate. Refunds are processed through Polar.
Your content
You keep ownership of the workflows and data you put into Descflow. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and execute them in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any data you process through Descflow.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and factors outside our control can cause downtime. The free plan carries no availability commitment.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Descflow is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including any statutory consumer rights you may have.
Termination
You may stop using Descflow and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid unused period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by email. Continuing to use Descflow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
