Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of descflow, operated by an individual sole trader based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Contact: support@descflow.com.
The service
descflow lets you describe an automation in plain language, test it against simulated data, and deploy it to run against services you connect. We provide the service on an "as is" basis and may change, add or remove features over time.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use descflow.
Acceptable use
You may not use descflow to break the law, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, attack systems, distribute malware, process data you do not have the rights to use, or circumvent usage limits and billing.
Connected services and your permissions
- You are responsible for having the right to connect any account you connect, and for the actions your flows take using it.
- We request the narrowest permission a step needs, at the moment it needs it. You choose whether to grant it.
- You can revoke any connection at any time. Flows that depend on a revoked permission will stop.
- Connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or actions they take on your account.
Automated actions
A deployed flow performs real actions on your connected accounts — sending, creating, updating or deleting data — on a schedule or in response to events, without further confirmation from you. Testing a flow before deploying it is your responsibility, and the test facility is provided for that purpose. You remain responsible for what your flows do.
Plans and billing
- Building and testing flows is free, subject to standard usage limits.
- The deployed plan is billed monthly at the price listed on our pricing page.
- Reasoning steps are usage-based and require a positive credit balance to run.
- Payments are processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the transaction, and any applicable taxes are handled by them.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Purchased credit is non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You keep ownership of the flows and data you put into descflow. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and execute them in order to provide the service.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, rate limits imposed by connected services, and factors outside our control can cause downtime or delay a scheduled run.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using descflow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates a security or abuse risk, or fails to pay. Where practical we will give notice first.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, descflow is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, including loss caused by a flow behaving other than you intended. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
